Mazikeen “Maze” is a confidante and devoted ally of Lucifer Morningstar. She is a demon who followed him from hell, and acts as a bartender and bodyguard at Lucifer’s club. Mazikeen was one of Hell’s most decorated torturers, inheriting a rather sadistic composure and sense of humor. She always entertains whatever sadistic ideas Lucifer may have, and is even turned on when Lucifer suggests torturing a Lucifer-wannabe. It is implied that she is partially a sadomasochist. Unlike Lucifer, she preferred her position in Hell, having become dissatisfied with Earth.
Maze casually mentions having been with both men and women. Her only love interest on the show is Amenadiel, although it is implied she and Lucifer were lovers at one point in their lives. In the Season 1 finale, Maze abandons both Lucifer and Amenadiel, but also saves Amenadiel’s life. In the Season 2 premiere, Amenadiel “starts out trying to figure out why he’s been dumped, so he’s somewhat heartbroken,” — actor D.B Woodside. Lesley-Ann Brandt, who plays Maze, added “he might be more in love than she is. She doesn’t even know what love is.”
Maze made several remarks about having casual sex with women: in episode 1×13 to Chloe, Linda and in 2×02 to Lucifer’s mom. In episode 2×15 Maze and Chole pretended to be a married couple to infiltrate a private school’s event for parents, in order to find a murderer. Maze gave Chole a very awkward kiss/peck which Chole didn’t reciprocate.
In episode 2×16 Maze orchestrated a date for Chloe, trying to get her laid, and even suggested a threesome. Amenadiel showed up on the date and told Maze that he, Lucifer and their mother had plans to go back to heaven, which seemed to rattle Maze somewhat.
On February 13, 2017, Fox renewed the series for a third season of 22 episodes.
Relationship story arc with a woman: No
Relationship story arc with a man: Yes
Storyline during sweeps? Yes, kiss with Chloe in May
[1] A relationship story arc is defined as explicit, developed on screen, and lasting more than 3 episodes. It is listed as questionable or subtext if romance is only implied, mentioned instead of shown on screen, part of a dream sequence, or otherwise not explicit for the viewer.
[2] Sweeps episodes air in February, May, July and November, the periods when advertising rates are set. A character is marked as "sweeps" when there is a very limited number of episodes that address their sexuality, all air during sweeps period, and the storyline is otherwise ignore/dropped.

adding: maze is confirmed pansexual, not bi. plus, in season 4, maze falls in love with eve, and even though it isn’t really reciprocated, i believe it should be considered as a relationship arc with a woman
Just wanna add that the actress confirmed Maze as pansexual this June on Twitter
