Margot, Red Oaks
Margot (Beth Stelling)
In period comedy series Red Oaks, Margot was introduced in Season 2 as a lesbian Judy went on a couple of dates with. Judy had just divorced her husband and was figuring out her sexuality. She and Margot kissed a few times, but Judy didn’t want more as she wanted to take it slow and explore her independence after her divorce.
Margot didn’t want to wait for her and the character was written off. The explanations why Judy and Margot ended their relationship happened after Margot left the show, over various conversations Judy had with other characters.
