Joanna Beauchamp, Witches of East End

Joanna Beauchamp (Julia Ormond) was one of the main characters in fantasy drama Witches of East End, introduced as a powerful, immortal, witch born in the magical realm of Asgard. It was there she met her late ex-husband, Victor, and they had three children together. Joanna was then banished from Asgard by her father and she went to live in the normal world.
After having left Victor when they were banished, he eventually came back and the two started to rekindle their love. However, Victor was killed in an explosion in episode 2×04, but not before the two professed their love for each other. Joanna also had a very brief relationship with her longtime friend Harrison.
The character of Alex was Joanna’s ex-girlfriend who appeared briefly in episodes 2×05 and 2×06. It was revealed that the two dated in the 70’s until Joanna broke it off. They were not on good terms at first but managed to rekindle their relationship and they shared a kiss on-screen. When Alex left again they parted on good terms.
