Hannah Wyland, Quantico
Hannah Wyland (Eliza Coupe)
On the first season of thriller series Quantico, guest character Hannah Wyland was introduced as a notable FBI Agent who worked at the field office in New York. She was suspended from active duty due to causing a disturbance during a vice-presidential campaign and presentation, and left the series. Over the course of the season, it was revealed main series character Ryan Booth was her ex-husband. She identified herself as bisexual during a single phone call in her last episode.
“I am so sad that her arc is coming to an end, because she’s on a pilot,” Quantico executive producer Joshua Safran told Entertainment Weekly, confirming that the actress would leave the show.
She made a 1-episode appearance in season 2, episode 9, and revealed she was reinstated to work as an FBI agent again.
Quantico was renewed for a 13 episode 3rd season.
