Elizabeth, Exes and Ohs
Elizabeth (Stacy Grant) was a psychiatrist that in season 1 had a crush on Sam who tried to date her. Elizabeth refused because she thought Sam needed to face her commitment issues first. Nevertheless, they started dating between seasons 1 and 2.
Elizabeth continued to date Sam in season 2, with some problems, until in episode 5 she asked Sam to move in with her. In the next episode Sam at first was eager to move in with her, but soon Elizabeth realizes everything wasn’t fine and saw Sam and Jennifer arguing. When she confronted them she found out they kissed. Afterwards Elizabeth argued with Sam and told her she loved her, but Sam rebuts by saying Elizabeth loved the idea of her as a person she could fix. After that Sam broke up with her.
