Dahlia, Legend of the Seeker

Dahlia (Laura Brent)
Dahlia was introduced at the end of season 2 as one of the women warriors called Mord-Sith. She had been kidnapped as a child and tortured until her training was considered complete. The Mord-Sith belived that their sole purpose in life was to protect the evil lord Rahl.
Dahlia was brought in during May sweeps, and when the show was suffering from bad ratings, to do a storyline featuring the reveal that she and former Mord-Sith, and main character, Cara used to be more than friends. Dahlia found Cara and her travelling companions and offered her help, which they accepted, and one night Cara and Dahlia kissed and it was implied they had sex.
However, Dahlia then kidnapped Cara and brought her back to the other Mord-Sith to torture and break her again. Cara later escaped and after a fight Dahlia was killed, however, thanks to magic, Dahlias death was reversed and in the end her past was changed, making it so that she never became a Mord-Sith. It was assumed she instead became an ordinary woman living in her old village.
