In comedy-drama Casual, Aubrey is a teenage girl introduced in the second season as a member of a home school group that Laura joined. She and Laura became friends, but their friendship started to evolve into something more when they took drugs one night and ended up kissing. Their relationship became sexual the next episode, though soon after Aubrey invited Laura to come to a party where she introduced her to her boyfriend Max.

Later at the same party, she and Laura decided to take suggestive pictures in their underwear for their schoolmate Spencer, who they learned was hospitalized because of cancer, and their photo session lead to them having sex again. In the next episode, Laura suggested that she and Aubrey should have threesome with Spencer, after they learned he was given only six months to live. Aubrey agreed and three of them had sex, off screen.

Though Aubrey thought that there was something deeper between her and Laura, Laura told her everything between them was just casual fun for her and she just wanted to be friends. Laura started a relationship with Spencer and Aubrey wasn’t seen in the series again.

Season 3 will be released on Hulu May 23rd 2017.
