Alison was a guest character introduced in Season 5. After an invitation to a rave was accidentally posted on a lesbian forum, she showed up to the party with her girlfriend, Dana. At the party, the building caught fire and Alison found herself trapped in a bathroom with Kelly, who freaked out but was calmed down by Alison.
They were both badly burned in the incident, and Alison spent a significant amount of time going through rehabilitation. During that time, she broke up with Dana and claimed she was in love with Kelly. Alison’s presence in the Season 5 finale earned Kelly the ridicule of her friends, but after accepting that Kelly wasn’t interested in women, Alison decided to go on with her life and disappeared off the show.
